Shipping Policy

SHIPPING COST

A basic/standard delivery is included with purchase, to curbside, parking lot, or loading dock.

 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Shipping is included within the USA 48 contiguous states (which does not include Alaska or Hawaii). For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and any other location, please contact us.

SHIPPING PROCESS AND DELIVERY TIME

Orders are processed and palletized for shipment within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Usually, the furniture ships out to the customer 1-4 days after order is placed.

Normal transit times can be anywhere from 1 to 7 business days. Excluding weekends and holidays.

 

TRACKING INFO

Customer is provided with tracking information and contact information to freight carrier.

 

DELIVERY DAY AND TIME

The freight carrier will not call ahead. Once the freight arrives at the local delivery terminal, the freight carrier will deliver Monday thru Friday, anytime from 8am to 6pm. If you need a delivery appointment, please call the freight terminal.

 

HOW THE FURNITURE IS SHIPPED

Furniture ships unassembled, in boxes, on pallet(s).

Ships via full size, semi-trucks, with full length trailers.

Only power modules and smaller chair orders (6 or less) will ship in single boxes via a small parcel service.

 

SEMI-TRUCK DELIVERY AND UNLOADING

Delivery is to curbside, parking lot, or loading dock. Wherever the semi-truck can safely fit and unload.

Customer is solely responsible for carrying their delivery inside their building.

Be prepared with the appropriate help needed when the semi-truck arrives, because the boxes are heavy.

 

FOLLOW THESE IMPORTANT DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Before signing the delivery receipt for the driver, and while the driver waits, the customer must:

1) Count all their boxes, and document any missing boxes.

2) Inspect all their boxes, and document any box damage, or actual item damage.

3) Customer must document the damaged boxes and/or missing boxes on the delivery receipt they sign and give back to the driver—called the ‘driver copy receipt.'

4) Take photos of damaged boxes and furniture, and report issues to us within 5 days of delivery.

 

DAMAGED AND MISSING ITEMS ARE REPLACED

Damage and loss may happen on very rare occasion. Simply document everything in writing, on the driver's copy receipt you will sign, and take photos of everything. Notify us of any issues within 5 days of delivery.  We will promptly replace any damage or lost items.

FURNITURE REQUIRES ASSEMBLY

The office furniture ships unassembled and the customer is solely responsible for its assembly. We offer professional installation and assembly services for an additional cost. Contact us to request a quote.
